Dogs are always welcome to shop!
- We love dogs, bring them in for a visit! We want them to try on clothes, collars, harnesses, smell all the yummy treats
& shop their canine hearts out!
- We will greet you & your dog at our door, we ask you to have your dog pee directly outside before shopping, please do not be offended we ask everyone, it's the downside of our cute leopard carpet!
- After 6 years, my biggest regret in designing the store is our cool shabby chic wall to wall leopard carpeting, we treat our store like our second home & hope all old & new customers understand our policies, we try our best to set your dog up for success & no messes!
- All male dogs are required to wear our Wizzer Pee Guards, a cute band that will collect pee in case he decides to pee over other dogs smells, our shop is super clean but dogs can be territorial just smelling hair that fell off another dog that shopped previously, we have found it the best way to 100% guarantee no pee on our carpets (See what a Wizzer is Here!)
- All dogs by law are required to be on a leash it's the law & required by our insurance provider & we want your dog to be safe at all times!
- Retractable leashes are allowed but must be in the locked position, these types of leads are hard to see & we do not want anyone to 'trip'
Returns & Exchanges
- 7 Day Return / Exchange Policy, Items must be unused & resalable. We will try to help you anyway we can
- Merchandise Credit ONLY, No Exceptions
(we do not refund credit card, our store credit card is good for 1 year, feel free to pick out something else!)
- All Sale items are Final Sales
- All Treats & Food items are Final Sales
(we understand if your dog doesn't like a treat, but think of it this way,
if you bought a food item at your grocery store & you didn't like it
would you return it to your grocery store....?!
we are happy to take any unwanted treats or food for donation to our local shelter it's a tax write it off!)
- All Beds are Final Sales
(we cannot take back beds because once a bed has entered your home &
your dog has tried it, another dog will likely mark it, due to hygiene
we cannot take your word on it!)
- We do not Refund any Destroyed Toys: NO TOY is indestructible
(we understand your frustration if you buy an expensive toy & your dog rips it quickly,
but try to remember they are animals with powerful jaws & sharp teeth and
not to mention powerful animal instincts, if you cannot find an indestructible toy for your dog,
we suggest switching to consumables!!)
- Holiday theme merchandise are Final Sales, we do allow a size exchange within 7 days
Gift Certificates & Store Credits
- Must have Gift Certificate &/or Store Credit Card present to redeem them
- Certificates can Not be redeemed for cash
